After completing a granny flat and pool for these clients, we were honoured to be asked back to build their new home.
The existing dwelling was in major need of attention, and in order to transform the home, we needed to demolishing all but part of the ground floor frame.
Structural steel beams and columns were used to create a large open plan living and kitchen area downstairs. Upstairs feature raked ceiling to expand the perception of space and light.
V groove lining boards where used throughout the home, including on the alfresco ceiling along with exposed rafters. A beautiful place to sit and admire the view of the national park.
