This second storey addition involved taking the original 1980s brick veneer home back to nothing other than a concrete slab and 4 original timber stud walls.
During excavation we discovered the original home was built on an old automotive scrap yard. This gave us some unexpected surprises, but we were able to overcome the hurdles and the results speak for themselves.
The open riser solid blackbutt stairs and extensive use of skylights are the stars of this build, creating a feeling of light and space throughout the entire home for the owners to enjoy.
